Refund Policy
For items damaged in shipping or during the print process, please send a digital picture of the damaged item to customerservice@visiblefusion.com. Your item will be reviewed within 48 business hours.
Upon review and company agreement to replace, your item will be replaced (at no cost to you) or refunded at your request. All replacement/refund requests must be done within 14 days of receiving the item.
As most items are "print on demand", there will be slight variations in print quality between like items. This normal variation is not considered to be a damaged item.
All other non-damaged sales are final.
